Soaring Eagle Waterpark Overview

Soaring Eagle Waterpark is located at 5665 East Pickard Road in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. It is part of the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. It is also a hotel, offering a range of rooms. This complex is one large attraction and vacation destination. It is owned and operated by the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Nation. The waterpark is attached to a hotel and is located mostly indoors.


In the waterpark, you will find a variety of water attractions and special spaces. Get your chance to surf wild waters on the Flow Rider. Kids will love hanging out at Biish Falls, which includes a number of water features, such as slides, sprays and the giant bucket that dumps 317 gallons of water throughout each hour. Additional attractions for kids include Little Beaver's Bend and Gizi's Splash and Dunk. There's also a unique rock-climbing experience featuring a foam wall that ascends from the pool.

Older guests will enjoy Otter's Run, the longest water slide in the park. It winds outdoors and features turns, loops and twists to offer an amazing ride. Those looking for more fun can enjoy Loon's Loop. This ride is three stories tall and uses inner tubes to slide through its twists and turns. If you'd rather relax, you can enjoy the kidney-shaped hot tub, Hot Springs, or hang out on the sun deck or in a cabana. You may also enjoy the Pool, sauna and steam room.

There is no lack of places to stay within the complex either. The Soaring Eagle Hideaway RV Park is located on the beach and provides water, sewer and electric hook ups. It has 67 lots for rent that have concrete pads, fire pits, tables and free Wi-Fi. The park also has swimming, fishing, a clubhouse, a playground, a laundry area and special events.

Of course, you can also stay at the 243-room hotel. Rooms feature mini-fridges, microwaves, sinks, television and ironing supplies. If you book a hotel room, you get waterpark passes included in the price. The hotel has six different room options. These include the following:

  • Courtyard patio room with one king-size bed or two queen beds
  • Eagle suite with one king-size bed and two total rooms

If you are looking for a little faster food, then stop by either the Wiisinidaa "Let Us Eat" food court or Gizi's Snack Shop. Wiisinidaa serves up food right in the waterpark. Best Times to Visit and Pricing

If you want to visit Soaring Eagle Waterpark, you can get just day passes that will let you enjoy the attractions for one day. Day pass rates are as follows:

Holidays include days when school is not in session. Prices are for any guest over the age of 4. Those ages 3 and under get in free. Sometimes the park does limit day passes due to hotel occupancy. Passes are always included when you book a stay at the hotel.
